The Monday Blues

I am like Garfield.  I heavily dislike Mondays.
I used to LOVE them.  But with my rl job, they are usually difficult to take.
BUT I am here to distract you from the mundane Mondayness!
Only a few more days at Kinky monthly till it ends this round!
And I found these incredibly cute feet chains at Kustom9 from [CX].
They fit my maitreya high feet perfectly, and have sizes for slink high and a modifiable pair.  Then I liked my free hair from Truth so much I ran over and bought my normal hair color so I could wear it again.. and again.. and again 😀
I had more to say but I do think I am wore out today.  So go.. shop.  Retail therapy will cure all. *Waves her hands around all mysterious*

Ch-ch-changes

My apologies for the long break between posts.
I went through some changes in SL that involved me having to find a new place to live, as well as having to reorganize my sl life, so while I am settled for the moment, these things take time.  However I’m taking this time to make some changes in my sl life, as well as other places.
I’ve spent some time in the last few days doing a lot of thinking.  I’m not good at expressing my thoughts, but I read something today that said:
Actions are concrete. We can try to cover them up and repent for them all we want, but at the end of the day they exist forever. There are no excuses for the things you do out of hate and malice, only the ramifications.  Credit here
And this is true.  In all things we do in life.  Sometimes our actions, the actions of others, are done without thinking.  They are done in the heat of the moment, they are done out of fear, out of need, out of spite.  And the ramifications of those actions last forever.  And there are a hundred and one excuses a person can give for those actions… but you can’t take them back.  Once those actions are done, they are done.  You can’t go back and undo them.  However this is all a bit heavy for a Sunday blog, so on to the goods.

So never fear, I am back for the moment, and here to show off a few goodies!
Kinky Monthly is on for a few more days.  I am severely remiss in my kinkiness for the month.  Glitzz has this super cute cuff/bracelet and blindfold set out.  The Dungeon I’m showing off is from Souzou, and its also at Kinky Monthly.  I love this dungeon.  I took addtional pictures of JUST the dungeon because it deserved it.. and lets face it.  Everyone needs a dungeon.
And I seen this cute FREE hair over at HairSL. (Seriously, bookmark this site, join the inworld group, if you want free, discounted, hair… this site is the site for it).
Truth sent the hair out in their subscribo, in a pack of a few different colors, so make sure you go slap the subscribo there and grab the freebie from it.

Die for me

I went back to my dark gothic side for this post.
It revolved around these wings at We<3 RP that I had to push, shove, and perhaps even stab people to get to, the day the event opened.
The owner of Remarkable Oblivion had teased us with these wings a few days before they were available, so I think a lot of people were frothing at the mouth to get them.
Then I wanted to go all dark/death angel with them.  So I grabbed a halo from Mr Draconias Timeless’ gacha over at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival and paired it with this gorgeous dress from Poet’s Heart at the Premium Only Event, and boom.  Death Angel.
Then I had to head over to Ironwood since it was announced in Blogger Support that they had converted their sim over to winter.  And its so pretty and dark!
This look seemed to suit me today though.  My mind has been in a dark place lately.  Between Halloween, the time change making it darker earlier.
But that is it from me today puddins!

Falling into Fall

Yay it’s fall!

Leaves are turning and its almost Halloween 🙂
Just a quick post from me today.  Last day of Penumbra.  And this skirt and jacket set is perfect for this rapidly cooling weather.
I took the dogs for a stroll, and once I seen this cool little spot with all the trees, I knew I had to stop and take a picture.  The only thing missing is a cup of hot tea.

I’m a MAddict!

So the first Bi-monthly Mesh Body Addicts event opened today!
It focuses on fitted mesh, skins, etc for those of us addicted to our mesh bodies, heads, hands, feet, etc.
So much goodness going on there.
I did take kind of blank photos today to focus on the shoes and lingerie, but there is a method to my madness.
The lingerie Just Because put out…. it fits so close to the body it almost looks like an applier.
So I really wanted to focus on that.
